Dobuita Street
Yokosuka, Kanagawa
December 30, 2009

Dobuita Street is a shopping street located in Yokosuka, Kanagawa. Dobuita means the board cover of a gutter. Since Yokosuka is one of the biggest military seaports shared by the United States Navy and the Maritime Self-Defense Force of Japan and the U.S Navy's Seventh Fleet is based in Yokosuka, there are various interesting shops for us. Dobuita Street is famous as the birthplace of Suka-Jum (Yokosuka Zip-up Jackets) but I didn't buy a Suka-Jum because it's flamboyant for me. QED
